Barbara Moran, recently returned from over 20 years in Los Angeles, California. During that time, WCAC (West Coast Administrative Consultants) and A C.E.O. (A Consultant and Executive Organizer); both businesses owned and operated by Barbara; assisted in setting up, relocating, up sizing, down sizing, restructuring, managing, marketing and developing well over 300+ businesses. WCAC and A C.E.O. took on the day to day tasks of client companies, as well as the larger projects involving growth, marketing and development. WCAC grew from 30 to well over 300 clients, in less than 24 months, with absolutely no advertising.
