Description: Discover what the professional learns over many years on how to move from being a sales person to filling the role of expert and consultant. In this hands-on breakout experience you will learn why all traditional sales training is out dated. You will learn about a tool that will make you stand out in your market and increase your sales by a factor of 10.
You will:
o Learn about the Posey Grid and why this simple and profound tool can decrease your cost of sales by 5 and increase sales by 10.
o Look at The Sales Grid © and how it can help you organize your time and help you pick “the low hanging fruit” first for easier sales success.
o Learn and practice using EPRS methods that are used by high producing sales people.
